Welcome to the Umali Awards website.
The Umali Awards is an awards show where the awards handed out pertain to how I've lived my life the previous year. Categories include: How I Like My Eggs, Best Dining Out Experience, Best Day. Also, the Top 10 people I spoke to (measured by how many days in which I spoke to that person im a calendar year) are announced and recognized. The Umali Awards is a party, a reason to get dressed up, an art event, and one of the major ways this data-keeping project is expressed to the world.

There's also a link to the blog, The Sum Of It All, a repository of sorts of data visualization experiments; and there's also a link to the Umali Awards Flickr group, a repository of pictorial evidence of all the Umali Awards.
The 11th Annual Umali Awards is scheduled for June 9th, 2012 at the Green Gallery West in the Riverwest neighborhood of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 8 PM. Semi-formal attire requested. You can preview the nominees here:
